Children of the Wind
Children of the Wind are a multi-faceted hip hop collective based in London with international roots in France (Lechani), Senegal (Loraxx), Madagascar (Noga Bedo) & The Netherlands (Teeze). This mix of different cultures brings a unique blend of influences creating a sound rarely heard. The vocalists rap in both English and French on top of the upbeat production of mainstay producer Teeze.
Having all shared a mutual involvement in Teeze’s ‘MediTape’, they adopted the alias ‘Children of the Wind’ and produced their debut project, the RoadRunnas EP during a European road trip last summer, during which the friends meandered their way through The Netherlands, France and Italy. Throughout the EP they share candid personal accounts of the trip, as well as offering a little insight to their humorous, light hearted side through the likes of Lil Chani, as well as the other skits throughout the EP.
All four members are concurrently working on their individual solo projects, with a whole lot of music coming at you from all angles.
Children of the Wind is a collective, a ménage, a state of mind.
